Hot melt systems:
ITW/Dynatec has excellent hot melt adhesive supply units for every range of production output.
The "Dynamini" is the smallest of the hot melt supply units. The Dynamini's are offered in 10 lb., 20 lb., or 48 lb. tank capacities. They are very easy to set up, operate, and have multiple language options to choose from. All of ITW/Dynatec's hot melt units come with their patented no char "melt-on-demand" technology. These units are capable of either 120V or 240V and can be powered by either a gear or piston pump.

The next larger supply unit is the Dynamelt "S" series. One of the major advantages the Dynamelt S has over the Dynamini is it's hose/head capabilites. The Dynamini has a maximum capability of 2 hose/heads, whereas the Dynamelt S has capabilities of up to 6 hose/heads. The Dynamelt S also has multiple language options to choose from and has capabilities in 120V/240V/ 380V. You also have the option of choosing between a variety of gear or piston pumps and a 7 day timer can be built into the unit ensuring production time is never lost due to the unit warming up. A drop in heating grid can be configured to increase melt rates for high production operations.

Nordson Crossovers:
ITW makes Nordson compatible units. The ITW quattro line is a full line of hot melt units that are compatible with Nordson hoses and guns. These units are a great way to keep capitol expenditures low, by only replacing the unit itself while continuing to use existing hoses and guns. Nordson compatible hoses and guns are also available.
Hoses:
Wes Adhesives carries hot melt hoses ranging in length form 2' to 24'. Abrasion resistant for manual operation and wash down designed for wet environments. The "Gemini" hoses are designed with dual heating and sensor elements, so if one heater and/or sensor fails, a back up heater is ready and production time is not lost to do maintenance. We also carry Nordson, compatible hoses.

Applicator heads:
Applicator heads come in a variety of different sizes and configurations depending on what type of application is required. Applicator heads range from single modules and nozzles to larger heads with multiple ports for larger application surfaces. Other applicator heads include coating heads for laminating, swirl head capabilities and applicator heads designed for extreme high speed operations. All ITW/Dynated applicators are controlled by "air on/air off" modules, which provides a clean, fast shut off every time which consequently prevents "drooling".

Cold Glue Equipment:
Our cold glue applicators have a 2 millisecond cycle time and stainless steel construction. These heads can dispense glue with viscosity as high as 6000 cps. We also carry Pneumatic cold glue applicators. Like the hot melt applicators, the cold glue applicators have a large selection to choose from to exceed all your gluing needs.
